CW Environmental is a national provider of environmental, construction and property solutions, utilising a range of Group companies to deliver the works.
The Group comprises of AA Woods, K&K Industrial Services and Clearwater Environmental, who all provide a range of individual services to their client base.
In December 2008, CW Environmental Ltd acquired AA Woods and Clearwater Environmental. In January 2009, K&K Industrial Services were acquired and added to the Group. The management teams within these businesses remain unchanged, but all customers now benefit from the additional range of services available throughout the Group.
CW Environmental are supported by the Alcuin Capital Partners LLP – Alcuin is a supportive investor, with a strong preference for growing owner-managed businesses and has a 20 year track record of supporting these types of companies in the UK. Alcuin’s involvement has assisted the businesses to grow organically whilst also monitoring the market for investment opportunities for the Group.
